Week 10 – Penn

The red hot Wisconsin Badgers rallied last week from a 14-point
half time deficit to defeat Illinois and keep their slim Big
Ten Conference title hopes alive with a 30-24 win last week.
Best of all for the Badgers, they were able to gain the comeback
win without the services of star running back P.J. Hill, who
was injured but is expected to be back in the lineup this
week when the Badgers face Penn State. Even with the line
at almost a touchdown, the public still loves the Badger reports
a source at SBG
Global.
Hill has already broken the 1,000-yard barrier this year
and is sixth in the nation with 135.8 yards per game. Wisconsin
quarterback John Stocco turned in another solid and workmanlike
performance against the Illini as he was 15-26 for 217 yards
and a pair of scores. “You can't faze him no matter
what happens,” said Wisconsin head coach Brett Bielema.
“It's not only the plays he makes, but our offense entirely.
We need someone to control the game.”
Wisconsin is a 7 point favorite with a total of 39 at SBG
Global.
Penn State, the defending Big Ten conference champion, scored
a 12-0 shutout win over Purdue last week. Last year the Badgers
were blown out by the Nittany Lions 35-14 as they fell behind
21-0 and were never able to recover.
“Last year in the Penn State game, they were able to
pressure John (Stocco) and get hits on him using a variety
of four-man pressures as well as bringing extra blitzers,”
Bielema said. “They are very, very good on defense.
So its going to be an interesting challenge.” The teams
have split the last four head-to-head meetings and Wisconsin
leads the all time series 7-4.
