Week 10 – Tampa Bay Buccaneers
(2-6) @ Carolina Panthers (4-4)
Opening
Line: Panthers - 9.5
Monday, 8:30 pm EST
ESPN
It should be a ground game on both sides of the ball Monday
night as the Bucs face the Panthers. Carolina needs a win
to get back in the NFC South race while it looks like the
season is lost for Tampa Bay. SBG
Global reports that the betting public has given
up on the Buccaneers as well with most money going to the
Panthers laying the points.
Panther’s offensive coordinator Dan Henning will rely
on the combination of Running backs DeShaun Foster and DeAngelo
Williams to attack on the ground against a Buccaneers defense
that has struggled to stop the run.
Carolina is a 9.5 point favorite with a total of 37 at SBG
Global.
Tampa Bay head coach Jon Gruden has to stick with rookie
QB Bruce Gradkowski who has struggled. Look for the Buccaneers
to continue to try and establish the running game against
a Panthers front seven that is allowing 119.8 yards per game
on the ground.
